Fun with Friends

On Saturday a couple of friends and I decided to take our pups out for an adventure.  There is a little hidden lake that few people ever go out to which makes it a great place to let the dogs run free, which is precisely what we did.

We had a blast.  The dogs ran, and ran, and swam, and ran, and sniffed, and ran some more.

We had quite a time trying to get all six to sit and pose for a picture.  As you can see, we were not successful.

It was nice to enjoy to great outdoors a little and the dogs were thrilled to stretch their legs and explore.  By the time we were ready to leave, everyone was pooped.  Did you have any fun adventures with your with pups this weekend?  I’d love to hear about them!

  1. This looks right up our alley! What a beautiful spot. We went to a couple of our favorite hiking spots. Kaya went ballistic when we ran into an old friend and we met a really fast furball dog that could outrun everyone. Plus there was a little midget dog trying to referee the fun but he wasn’t getting anywhere. Norman jumped over him at one point and he gave up. It was a lot of fun:)

  2. Hi Morgan! Just one hike on Saturday, because it was pretty chilly here yesterday! But we’re out hiking somewhere every day. My dogs didn’t really like standing around in the dog park, but they LOVE the daily hike, and we’ve been down a couple hundred miles of trails together. I used to think it was all for them but lately, I don’t know. Most days that start with a hike are pretty good days. Thanks for the pictures! Suzy
